Hi I’m Valentina and welcome to my page. If you are looking for a one of a kind wedding cake, which tastes as good as it looks you are in the right place.
I’m a qualified pastry chef with more then 15 years experience. I used to work in 5 star hotels, in Central London where I accumulated lots of skills and experience not only in the art of cake/desserts making but also customer service.
Every aspect of your cake is extremely important to me, from choosing the best ingredients(free range eggs, fine cocoa Barry chocolates, great quality butter), to mixing the sponges, baking and ultimately decorating your cake. Each wedding cake is covered with white chocolate ganache and fine luxurious fondant or Swiss meringue buttercream depending on your preference.
I pride myself that each and every cake is a show stopper and creating long lasting memories. Everything is homemade especially for your order and to your specifications. From fruit compotes, fruit curds, ganache’s , Swiss meringue buttercreams and off course the soft, moist and bursting with flavour sponges.
On a personal note I live in Watford with my wonderful husband and my beautiful young daughter. She’s the main reason I decided to venture out on my own as I wanted to be present while she’s growing up and also because of my passion for baking and creating artistic delicious centre pieces.
My style is timeless elegance, stylish, modern and luxurious wedding cakes, specialising in sugar flowers.
My business is fully insured and has a 5-star hygiene rating.
*Please note that I can accept pictures of other cakes as an inspiration but for many reasons I won’t replicate exactly someone else’s cake design.
