Welcome, I am Valentina 👋

I am a multi award winning pastry chef who is classically trained. Having worked for many years in pastry kitchens including 5 star hotels in central London and an award winning bakery. I have decided to put my experience, passion for cooking and designing into my own business.

I believe that a cake should not only look good but taste amazing too. I have spent hours perfecting my recipes. I am using the finest ingredients and have a great attention to detail and quality.

Awards:

• International Salon Culinaire London – Silver Medal Award Winner for Class in Cacao Barry Lockdown Pastry Challenge 2021.
  
• Association of Pastry Chefs Dessert of the year 2018 – Bronze Medal Winner.
